Best Review: Laptop AC Adapter/Power Supply/Charger+US Power Cord for Toshiba Satellite - The adapter came in all right, but my main issue with it is that the one pictured is not what I received. That is why my rating is so low. I don't think I deserve the heartattack I had when I opened the packaging and found, after my careful research, that I had been sent the 'wrong one'. It does work, it keeps my laptop charged without having any heat or melting problems. BUT - I cannot stand when something as simple as changing a picture stands in the way of good customer service. Being a CSR myself, this is something that should be corrected immediately. I've docked it 2 stars just for that.
