Best Review: CybertronPC XFactor GM3122B Desktop (Black) - I'm not sure what I have to do other than build a computer myself. Cybertron tech support is the worst I have ever encountered. They still have not gotten back to me on what to do, if the computer is even repairable. No trouble-shooting whatsoever has happened and I have been e-mailing and calling about this for a month if not two months now. I am very unhappy with what has so far been a giant waste of my money and time. My last option is to RMA it to amazon if theyll even let me do that since it was through Cybertron. Hopefully they will find it in their time to help one of their customers EVENTUALLY....
