Packaging was great and items were in perfect condition. The product fit perfectly to my iPhone 4S. The only down side to the product is that the first thing to break are the ears that push open. So it's very delicate, so be very careful with it. Another thing is that the flash usually gets affected with the case if you try taking pictures. In order for the pictures with flash you need to take off the top part of case, which is very annoying at night time or when taking pics at night. But overall I love the price and product and since its a 2-pack. Once I beat one up, I still have another new one to use, woohoo!
