Best Review: Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 for PCs, Tablets, Smartphones - Black (920-004292) - Design: Very well put together. Elegant and thin. The buttons have a nice and subtle curvature. The back has very small rubber feet (it's not clumsy at all, you barely notice them) so the keyboard doesn't slide around. Backlighting is available and looks quite nice; it contains a hand-sensor and ambient light sensor so it's not lit unnecessarily and it's and manually adjustable too (I have it turned completely off myself). The space in between the keys is also filled (in contrast to a laptop which has a small space that goes beneath the keys) which means that it minimizes the amount of hair and other particles that get trapped in between; small but significant.Typing experience: Excellent. I'm not a keyboard expert by any means but the keys push down with consistent pressure. So much better than the laptop keyboard. And millions of times better than typing on a phone screen. While I'm at my desk I no longer grimace at the prospect of a very long text, or if I need to copy a website address.Pairs with multiple devices: As someone who has two computers and a phone: seriously. Seriously. No really, seriously awesome. It has changed my life more than I would expect any keyboard to be able to.Some of the people who've given it less than 5 stars have done so for nonsensical reasons: 1) No numpad. It's obvious from the picture that there's no numpad. If this is something that you need, then consider a different keyboard. There's also no espresso machine attachment, but you don't see me deducting points for features that are not advertised as being there. 2) Small keyboard. You can look at the picture for an assessment of key sizes. It's nearly full size, but they do sacrifice a little bit for mobility. Some reviewers derided the keyboard for not being full size and having a 2xAA battery slot--well then maybe don't buy a keyboard designed for mobility. You can look at the picture goddamnit. 3) Bluetooth. One user docked points because their computer doesn't have bluetooth. If your computer doesn't have bluetooth... a bluetooth keyboard might not work with it. The only points docked should be on said reviewer's IQ. 4) This is somewhat legitimate, but bluetooth is dependent on the OS interpreting the signal. So if you need to do typing before the OS is booted (for instance in your BIOS), then you can't use this keyboard in that time period. I had to switch keyboards when I was reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows, but that's not something that I do on a daily basis.
